Halla Building Sáng 9/6, tại Trung tâm văn hóa Kinh Bắc, Bí thư Tỉnh ủy Bắc Ninh Nguyễn Nhân Chiến và Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Tử Quỳnh đã gặp gỡ, đối thoại với 400 công nhân, đại diện cho trên 300.000 công nhân, người lao động đang làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh.

Đây là một trong những hoạt động chào mừng Đại hội lần thứ XVI Công đoàn tỉnh Bắc Ninh, tiến tới Đại hội lần thứ XII Công đoàn Việt Nam nhiệm kỳ 2018 – 2023 và kỷ niệm 70 năm ngày Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh ra lời kêu gọi thi đua ái quốc (11/6/1948- 11/6/2018).
Tại buổi đối thoại, người lao động đã bày tỏ những băn khoăn, vướng mắc, tập trung vào các vấn đề như: giải quyết quyền lợi bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp; quy định làm thêm giờ; giá thuê nhà trọ và quy định tiền điện thuê trọ; vấn đề an toàn giao thông, an ninh tại các khu công nghiệp; nhà trọ cho công nhân và trường học, nhà trẻ cho con công nhân ngoại tỉnh, an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm cho công nhân; vấn đề quy chế dân chủ, thiết chế văn hóa khu công nghiệp…
Giải đáp ý kiến của công nhân, người lao động, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Bắc Ninh Nguyễn Tử Quỳnh cho biết, hiện nay, trên địa bàn tỉnh có khoảng 300.000 lao động làm việc tại các doanh nghiệp. Do đó, các cấp chính quyền, người sử dụng lao động và người lao động cần chủ động phối hợp nhằm tháo gỡ kịp thời những khó khăn, vướng mắc và bức xúc của công nhân, người lao động nhằm xây dựng tỉnh Bắc Ninh trở thành thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương vào năm 2020.
Tại buổi đối thoại, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Tử Quỳnh đã chỉ đạo Sở Y tế tỉnh Bắc Ninh, Sở Giáo dục tỉnh Bắc Ninh, Ban Quản lý Khi công nghiệp tỉnh Bắc Ninh, Công an tỉnh Bắc Ninh… cùng một số sở, ngành, chính quyền địa phương liên quan trả lời trực tiếp và đưa ra giải pháp, hướng xử lý, giải quyết các vấn đề vướng mắc do công nhân, người lao động nêu ra. Đồng thời, Liên đoàn Lao động tỉnh Bắc Ninh cũng chủ động phổ biến những chính sách mới của Nhà nước trong lĩnh vực lao động, việc làm, nâng cao nhận thức của người lao động khi ký kết hợp đồng làm việc, các quy định và quyền lợi của người lao động…
Dịp này, Tổng Liên đoàn Lao động Việt Nam, UBND tỉnh Bắc Ninh, Liên đoàn Lao động tỉnh Bắc Ninh đã trao tặng bằng khen cho 70 cá nhân, tập thể có thành tích xuất sắc trong phong trào thi đua “Lao động giỏi, lao động sáng tạo năm 2018”; 55 suất quà cho công nhân lao động bị bệnh hiểm nghèo có hoàn cảnh khó khăn và công nhân bị tai nạn lao động. Quỹ mái ấm công đoàn tỉnh Bắc Ninh cũng trao 3 suất quà trị giá 30 triệu đồng cho các công nhân có hoàn cảnh khó khăn.
